The letter to Eliot Engel, Member of USA Congress

Please grant me the courtesy of reading my letter regarding the "USA for Kosova" Exhibition.

Congressman Engel, during one of your trips to Pristina, you spoke to the Kosovo Albanians stating that you wanted to be the first U.S. Ambassador to an "Independent Kosovo," in essence fomenting anarchy. At one time, there were 80,000 Serbs living in Pristina. Today, there are fewer than 150 elderly living in ghettos in fear for their lives from Albanian mobs.

If you are aware of the fact that Kosovo is Serbia’s Jerusalem, the cradle of the Serbian Orthodox Christian Church, it was not evident since you proceeded to support the Kosovo Liberation Army, an army that was described a terrorist one by Bosnian Envoy Robert Gelbard when he said, "I know a terrorist when I see one, and these men are terrorists." Does this mean nothing to you? Furthermore, these jihadists whom you support are engaged in sex slavery, prostitution, kidnapping and drugs. Over 80% of drugs going into Europe now come from Kosovo, your friends. All of this information is available to you.

Since KFOR entered Kosovo, over 200,000 Serbs have had to flee while the remaining live in terror. Over 200 Serbian Orthodox churches have been destroyed. Why have you not spoken out at this outrage, Congressman? Is it because these are Christian Orthodox churches that have been destroyed?

Just as you were instrumental in wresting Serbia’s Jerusalem from the Serbian people, will you now be equally magnanimous and have Israel cede Jerusalem to the Palestinians? Did I hear a "NO" Congressman? Why is your Jerusalem any more precious than Serbia’s Jerusalem?　

The latest news is that the Jewish cemetery in Kosovo capital desecrated: ‘Jews out’ spray-painted on memorial for Jewish families who perished during World War II. (AP, via Israel News, Dec. 1) I’m sure this is not what you intended. See: https://www.juliagorin.com/wordpress/?p=2755

To their credit, Israel supported the Serbs in the 1990s war. See: https://www.croatianhistory.net/etf/isr2.html

Included is a picture of the KLA butchers holding the heads of Serbs. These are the butchers you support, Congressman. Furthermore, the Prime Minister of Kosovo Hashim Thaci, has been implicated in harvesting body parts of young Serbian soldiers..

Ask yourself the following question, Mr. Congressman: ‘If the Serbian population in Kosovo, once the majority in their Jerusalem, is now 10 percent, and the Kosovo Albanians is 90%, who has been ethnically cleansed?" Consider the fact that Albanians from Albania crossed illegally into Serbia’s Kosovo.

This is what Maj. General Lewis MacKenzie, first UNPROFOR commander to Bosnia wrote about Kosovo entitled, "We bombed the wrong side?"

"The Kosovo-Albanians have played us like a Stradivarius. We have subsidized and indirectly supported their violent campaign for an ethnically pure and independent Kosovo. We have never blamed them for being the perpetrators of the violence in the early ‘90s and we continue to portray them as the designated victim today in spite of the evidence with the help of our tax dollars combined with those of bin laden and al-Qaeda, just consider the message of encouragement this sends to other terrorist-supported independent movements around the world."

Congressman, we have humiliated, dehumanized and destroyed a people in order to appease the Muslim world, a Christian people who rescued over 500 American pilots who had been shot down over Yugoslavia during World War II What was their reward? Bomb, Bomb, Bomb! Bomb the very people who had rescued our airmen.

According to the Simon Wiesenthal Institute, over a million Serbs, Jews and Gypsies were murdered by Croatia’s Ustashe (Nazis) in World War II. It was so brutal that even the German SS were appalled, yet we sided with Hitler’s Croatian ally against our Serbian ally.

Little Israel is surrounded by hostile Arab states that can lose war after war after war, but if Israel loses only one, she is lost!!! Israel must do what she must in order to preserve herself, but when the Serbian people did what they had to do to preserve their country, we sided with their long-time nemesis, the Muslims of Bosnia and the Muslims of Kosovo.

NEW YORK, April 5 1999 (AFP) - Serbian acts in Kosovo do not constitute "genocide"’ despite the horrifying treatment of Kosovar Albanians, Nobel Peace Prize laureate Elie Wiesel said in an editorial in Monday's edition of Newsweek. "In my view, genocide is the intent and the desire to annihilate a people. This is not the case here," said Wiesel, who is also a Holocaust survivor. "As early as 1992, media coverage of the war in Bosnia mistakenly compared Serbian "ethnic cleansing" to the Holocaust," Wiesel said, referring to comparison between the prison camps in Banja Luka to the death camp in Auschwitz. "The Holocaust was conceived to annihilate the last Jew on the planet. Does anyone believe that Milosevic and his accomplices seriously planned to exterminate all the Bosnians, all the Albanians, all the Muslims in the world?" he asked rhetorically."

"This organized anti-Serb and pro-Muslim propaganda should cause anyone believing in democracy and free speech serious concerns. It recalls Hitler’s propaganda against allies in World War II. Facts are twisted and, when convenient, disregarded." Yohanan Ramati, Director of the Jerusalem Institute for Western Defense.

"The gigantic campaign to brainwash America by our media against the Serbian people is just incredible, with its daily dose of one-sided information and outright lies...What is today’s reality? The murderers of Jews, Serbs and Gypsies are back (in Croatia) from the U.S., Canada, Argentina where they fled after World War II. The Serbs fought the Nazis, they paid a terrible price for standing at the side of the allies against Hitler. Humanity owes them a debt of gratitude." Congressman, I hope you will consider what I have written.
